After a raucous spate of now-deleted tweets, the official Need For Speed Twitter account (opens in new tab) has woken up with a head filled with regrets. After insulting a fan who criticised the upcoming Want For Pace: Unbound (opens in new tab), the account has posted an official apology and promised to do higher, which presumably means it will not name somebody “milkshake mind” ever once more.

The trade that prompted the apology befell final Monday, after a fan complained about a suggestion for Want For Pace: Unbound that gave gamers who pre-ordered 3 days’ early entry to the sport. The NFS Twitter account responded in a, ah, less-than-decorous manner, telling the fan to “cry about it bro or purchase common value idc,” earlier than ultimately declaring “I am not studying all that, sorry that occurred to you or congratulations”.
